Key Responsibilities

• Software Operation: Efficiently operate and navigate jewelry-specific software to manage product data, inventory, and customer information.
• Data Entry: Accurately input product details, customer data, and sales information into the software system.
• Billing and Invoicing: Generate accurate invoices and bills for customers, ensuring correct pricing and calculations.
• Customer Follow-up: Maintain effective communication with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing timely updates on orders or issues.
• Data Management: Organize and maintain data within the software system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
