Serve Seva Kendra | CSC Centre (Shop)
š Location: Ground Floor, Outside Old Passport Office, Dr Annie Besant Rd, Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400030
š Working Hours: 10:00 AM ā 6:00 PM | Sunday Off
ā
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢Typing forms correctly (passport, Aadhaar, PAN, Gazette, etc.)(will teach the process)
ā¢Checking and verifying documents submitted by clients
ā¢Filling online applications and uploading required files
ā¢Maintaining records of daily entries and service logs
ā¢Helping walk-in clients understand procedures
ā¢Using computer tools like Microsoft Office, file explorer, and internet browsing
ā¢Communicating with clients via basic English (in person or through WhatsApp/SMS)
