🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site execution for high-rise residential/commercial projects
• Manage and monitor Mivan formwork operations
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards & safety norms
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management
• Handle material planning and site documentation

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in high-rise construction
• Strong knowledge of Mivan formwork
• Ability to lead site teams and handle on-site challenges
• Good communication & project coordination skills
• Ready to work full-time at site

💼 Salary: 65,000-75,000
