Job Description:

Aditya Enterprises is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the external painting project at Rustomjee La Familia, Thane. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in painting operations, scaffolding, safety protocols, and cradle operations. The role requires managing labor, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with clients and contractors, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate external painting activities at the project site.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, especially while working at heights.
• Monitor and manage cradle operations for high-rise painting work.
• Allocate tasks to workers and ensure quality control of painting work.
• Maintain daily progress reports and update project managers on work status.
• Inspect materials, tools, and equipment to ensure their proper usage and maintenance.
• Coordinate with the client, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to avoid project delays.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site workers.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in external painting.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and quality standards.
• Understanding of cradle operations and scaffolding work (preferred).
• Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Ability to handle a large workforce efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time and adapt to project demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Certification in safety training or height work is a plus.
• Experience in handling large-scale painting projects.
