Job Description

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content across various platforms (websites, blogs, social media, videos, presentations) that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing goals.
  • Public Representation: Serve as the primary public spokesperson for the company, representing the brand in media interactions, press conferences, public events, and internal communications.
  • Messaging Consistency: Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all communication channels, both produced content and public statements.
  • Audience Engagement: Engage with the target audience through social media interaction, responding to queries, and participating in online forums to foster a positive brand community.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry-related topics and market trends, and use analytics tools to measure content performance, inform future strategies, and optimize content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
  • Crisis Communication: Assist in managing brand reputation by providing timely and precise responses to media inquiries and crisis situations when necessary.
  • Visual & Multimedia Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content, design graphics, and produce other visual assets to make content more appealing and effective. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential for both content creation (copywriting, scriptwriting) and public speaking (interviews, speeches).
  • Public Speaking Proficiency: The confidence and ability to deliver messages effectively to diverse audiences in public settings.
  • Creativity & Storytelling: A strong ability to craft compelling narratives and generate fresh ideas that resonate with the target audience.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency with digital publishing platforms, content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and relevant design/editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: The ability to develop a content plan, use data-driven insights to refine strategies, and understand audience demographics and behavior.
  • Time Management & Organization: Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Relevant Experience/Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, along with a portfolio of published work and proven experience in a similar role.
