Job Description
- Prepares, cooks, and presents continental dishes in line with restaurant standards and menu guidelines.
- Collaborates with the kitchen team on menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal specials.
- Supervises and trains Commis Chefs, fostering teamwork and maintaining an organized kitchen environment.
- Ensures strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
- Assists with inventory management, ordering, and minimizing food wastage.
- Contributes to the development of new dishes, plating styles, and presentation techniques.
- Coordinates with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintains cleanliness and ensures proper upkeep of all kitchen equipment
