Job Description:Poetry by Love & Cheesecake is seeking passionate and skilled Commis Chefs (I, II, III) / DCDP to join our team across our Mumbai locations. If you have a strong background in Continental cuisine, a love for food, and the desire to grow in a premium kitchen environment, we’d love to meet you.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook continental dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines
• Assist senior chefs in kitchen operations and food preparation
• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and organization of the workstation
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and consistency
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies during food handling and preparation
• Store ingredients and food items properly to avoid spoilage
• Maintain inventory levels and inform seniors of shortages or needs
• Support team members in other kitchen sections as needed
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, specifically in Continental cuisine
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
• Must be open to working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
