Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in basic food prep (washing, chopping, portioning)
- Help with plating and service under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, utensils, and equipment
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in receiving and storing supplies
- Dispose waste properly and maintain workstations
- Support senior chefs during peak hours
- Follow instructions and SOPs as given by Head Chef / Commis 2
