Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indo-Chinese Cook/Chef to prepare high-quality Indo-Chinese dishes while maintaining consistency, taste, and presentation standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in wok cooking, sauce preparation, and high-speed kitchen operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook Indo-Chinese dishes such as fried rice, noodles, Manchurian, chilli chicken/paneer, schezwan dishes, soups, and starters.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
• Handle wok cooking efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Prepare sauces, gravies, and marinades from scratch.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Monitor food stock and assist in inventory management.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and minimize wastage.
• Follow food safety regulations and kitchen safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service during peak hours.
