RESPONSIBILITIES-

Client Onboarding, Coordination & Business Development.

* Conduct utilization calls to monitor and optimize clients' use of financial facilities in Supply chain finance.

* Collaborate with clients to  understand their financial needs and challenges.

* Advise clients on best practices for utilizing financial resources and optimizing working capital.

* Analyze utilization data and client feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

* Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth financial service utilization.

* Keep accurate records of calls, client interactions, and metrics for tracking and reporting.

* Contact customers early in payment collection to resolve outstanding invoices promptly.

* Address payment discrepancies and secure timely payments in collaboration with customers.

* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and collection efforts.

* Coordinate with internal teams to improve early bucket collection strategies and financial performance.
