Job Summary:

Food Square is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Gifting Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of our curated gourmet and festive gifting solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and meeting revenue targets within the corporate segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate sector for bulk gifting, especially during festive seasons.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and attending corporate events.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and ensure repeat business.
• Present gifting solutions and customized packages tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality gift hampers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and client communication using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, food, hospitality, or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
