Job Description

  • Client Service and Relationship Management with Corporate,B2B, Hospotality, Prenium Automobiles showroom, Real Estate etc
  • · Identifying and networking with prospective clients. closely work with Sales Coordinator on the leads generated as well Generate lead Independtly as required
  • · Generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
  • · Analysing market trends and tracking competitors’ activities.
  • · Providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning of sales & marketing strategies.
  • · Building, maintaining quality relations with Strategic Alliances.
  • · Monitoring the post service activities like follow up with the customers, service reminders and handling customer grievances for enhancing customer satisfaction
