Location: Mumbai (Andheri West preferred) | Job Type: Full-Time | Experience: Fresher (Training Provided)

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month
• Performance-based Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹15,000/month

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls from potential customers.
• Provide clear, confident, and engaging counseling about services.
• Understand customer needs and guide them to the right solution.
• Maintain 60+ productive calls per day.
• Follow call scripts while keeping conversations natural.
• Record call details accurately in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and discipline.

Who We’re Looking For

• Freshers are welcome (full training provided).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English; regional languages are a plus.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.
• Quick learner, confident, and mentally sharp.
• Disciplined, responsible, and comfortable speaking on calls for long hours.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Spreadsheet) is required.
