Job Description
1. Make outbound calls to students/parents from the leads database and inquiries.
2. Explain details of courses, batches, fees, and the admission process clearly.
3. Counsel students/parents to select the right program as per their needs.
4. Follow up regularly with interested students to ensure admissions.
5. Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/report sheets.
6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/enrollment targets.
7. Handle incoming calls and resolve queries related to courses or classes.
8. Coordinate with the academic and counselling team to ensure smooth admissions.
