Counter Sales Executive

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Clearly explain services, offers, and packages to customers.
• Handle billing, payments, and receipts accurately using POS or billing software.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the counter area.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues to the manager when necessary.
• Keep track of daily sales, vouchers, and cash handling reports.
• Coordinate with the play zone or operations teams for customer requirements.
• Maintain product and price knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and new services to boost sales.
• Ensure proper record-keeping and follow all company SOPs and policies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing/POS systems).
• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle pressure during rush hours.
