About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and confident male candidates to join our sales and client engagement team. The role involves interacting with prospective customers, presenting our premium ethnic wear collections, and providing a personalized shopping experience through calls and WhatsApp communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients shared by the lead management team via phone and WhatsApp.
• Present and explain our premium women’s ethnic wear collections effectively.
• Share product details, pricing, and styling suggestions to assist purchase decisions.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally over phone calls.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and product offerings.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
• Customer-focused, presentable, and enthusiastic personality.
• Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, video calling apps, and basic sales tools.
• Prior experience in sales, fashion, or customer engagement is preferred.

• Comfortable with evening shift (2 PM – 11 PM)
