Creative & Operations Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Creative & Operations Manager who can own both day-to-day brand creatives and core operational execution. This role sits at the intersection of design, marketing support, order management, and fulfilment.

You’ll work closely with the founder and be responsible for ensuring that what we show online and what we deliver offline are both executed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Creatives & Brand Execution
• Create daily creatives for social media and ads
• Design polished visual assets aligned with the brand’s premium aesthetic
• Use AI tools to speed up and enhance creative output
• Work on Figma / Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Handle basic video editing for reels, ads, and product content
• Support occasional video edits (as required / daily when needed)

Operations & Admin

• Handle order confirmations and customer follow-ups
• Coordinate with production to line up orders for manufacturing
• Oversee QC, packing, and dispatch
• Upload and manage orders and entries on Shopify
• Coordinate with logistics partners (Shiprocket, Wefast, etc.)
• Maintain order tracking and stock records (Sheets)
• Manage returns and exchanges end-to-end

• Comfortable switching between creative work and ops
• Strong execution mindset — you finish what you start
• Familiarity with DTC / e-commerce workflows is a big plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
