Credit Card Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

·        Identify and engage potential customers for credit card and loan products through various channels (field sales, cold calling, tele-calling and POS outreach).

·        Explain the features and benefits of different financial products in a clear and compelling manner.

·        Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and assisting with the application and documentation process.

·        Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

·        Utilize CRM software (e.g., Telecrm) to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report performance metrics accurately.

·        Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to position our products effectively.
