Credit Card Sales Trainer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Credit Card Sales Trainer to support and enhance the performance of our sales team. The trainer will be responsible for identifying training needs, delivering effective sales training sessions, and ensuring that new and existing team members are equipped with the right skills and knowledge to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Identifying Training Needs

• Assess the skill gaps and training requirements of the sales team.
• Evaluate technical and soft skills to design relevant training programs.

2. Field Induction & On-Ground Training

• Occasionally accompany new joiners to the field for practical induction.
• Demonstrate sales techniques and real-time customer engagement practices.

3. Knowledge of Sales Techniques & Market Trends

• Stay updated on market developments, competitor practices, and the latest sales methodologies.
• Adapt training modules based on evolving trends and industry best practices.

4. Onboarding & Training New Salespeople

• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
• Provide essential resources, product knowledge, and coaching plans tailored to individual needs.

5. Strong Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with sales managers and team members to understand challenges and strengths.
• Conduct regular team meetings and feedback sessions to enhance performance.

6. Developing Sales Performance Policies

• Create and implement policies for evaluating and improving sales performance.
• Define measurable performance indicators and monitor progress consistently.
