Crew Manager

Manage end-to-end recruitment and deployment of offshore crew (DP vessels, AHTS, PSV, rigs, platforms)

Coordinate crew rotation schedules and mobilization/demobilization

Ensure compliance with International Maritime Organization regulations

Ensure all crew meet Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW) certification requirements

Maintain crew documentation, medicals, visas, and offshore certifications (BOSIET, HUET, etc.)

Ensure compliance with International Labour Organization maritime labor standards

Monitor payroll, contracts, and benefits administration

Support audits and ensure compliance with ISM and client-specific offshore standards

Handle crew welfare, performance management, and conflict resolution

Liaise with vessel masters, offshore installation managers (OIMs), and project teams
