Job Summary:

As a Crew Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent service.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Prepare and cook food items to McDonald's standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory.
• Communicate effectively with shift managers and colleagues.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Operate a point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
• Attend training sessions and meetings.

Requirements:

1. 18+ years old 

2. Ability to work varied shifts, including Night, weekends, and holidays

3. basic communication and teamwork 

4. Accuracy with cash handling

5. Physical ability to stand, bend

6. Availability to work flexible hours
