Job Title - CRM Executive – Client Coordination (Field Role)
Job Type- Full-time | Field-based
Location - Mumbai
Role Summary - We are looking for a CRM Executive who will act as the single point of contact for assigned clients. The role involves client coordination, service issue handling, and billing follow-ups by coordinating with internal operations and accounts teams. This is a field-based role involving regular visits to client offices.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination & Relationship Management -
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients / officers
- Handle client queries related to:
- Service issues
- Vehicle / driver concerns
- Billing status and documentation
- Visit client offices for coordination, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Maintain professional and long-term relationships with client representatives
Service Issue Coordination
- Receive service-related complaints or feedback from clients
- Coordinate with the Operations team for resolution
- Track issue closure and confirm resolution with clients
- Ensure vendors and drivers do not directly interact with clients
Billing Coordination
- Ensure invoices reach client offices on time
- Coordinate billing clarifications between client offices and internal accounts team
- Follow up for bill acknowledgement and processing status
- Update internal teams on billing progress and pending issues
Internal Communication
- Share regular updates with Operations and Accounts teams
- Escalate critical issues to City Head / Founder when required
Scope Clarification
This role does not include sales targets or business development
- Pricing, rate negotiation, and commercial decisions are handled by senior management
- Vendor payments and financial approvals are handled by the accounts team
- Driver and vendor discipline is managed by the operations team
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years experience in CRM / client coordination / field operations / PRO-type roles
- Comfortable with field work and client office visits
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English+ Marathi)
- Professional, calm, and presentable
- Basic understanding of billing and documentation (training will be provided)
- Comfortable travelling by local train / bus
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
- Travel allowance: Provided (local train / bus)
- Weekly off as per company policy
