Job Description – CSM

Enter viro/voiro data correctly into the company’s computer systems or software.

Update existing records without mistakes.

Check dashboards daily to make sure all data shown is correct.

Maintain customer details, transaction records, and daily operational data.

Prepare simple reports (daily / weekly / monthly) using Excel or system tools.

Process & Team Coordination

Work with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure work is done smoothly.

Find errors or delays in the process and inform the team or suggest better ways of working.

Follow company SOPs (standard procedures) and keep proper documentation.

Skills & Qualifications (Simple Explanation)

Graduation in any field like Business, IT, Commerce, or similar.

1–3 years of experience in:

Data entry

Digital operations

CRM handling

Operations support or customer support

Good knowledge of:

MS Excel

CRM or company software

Basic computer systems

Must be very careful with data (accuracy is important).

Should be able to communicate clearly through emails and calls.

Preferred (Good to Have, Not Mandatory)

Experience using CRM or ERP software.

Basic knowledge of dashboards or reports.

Understanding how customer data is managed from start to end.

Focused on doing work correctly and on time.

Helpful and cooperative with internal teams.
