Hiring: Client Relationship Manager(Only females)

📌 Job Title: CRM (Only Female)

📍 Location: Mumbai

💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹40,000 (Negotiable) + Incentives based on performance

🧠 Experience: 1 to 2Years

 🧭 Timings : 10 am to 6pm (6 days working)

We are looking for a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will handle client queries, identify growth opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen client relationships

Resolve client issues quickly and professionally

Upsell, cross-sell, and support client growth

Conduct business reviews using CRM tools

Coordinate with clients and go for client meetings

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (any stream)

Minimum 1 year of experience

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Positive attitude with strong client focus

sales experience required
