Positions: Customer care Executive / BPO Executive

Working days: 6 Days / 1 Day rotational off

Shifts: 10:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Locations Available: Marol, Malad, Chandivali (Andheri) Thane west

Joiners: Immediate only

Process: Inbound/ outbound customer service / Soft payment collection

  • Handle inbound / outbound customer queries
  • Resolve the queries of customers
  • Voice process
  • Remind about pending payments
  • Guide customer on payment
  • No hardcore recovery / soft only
