Positions: Customer care Executive / BPO Executive
Working days: 6 Days / 1 Day rotational off
Shifts: 10:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Locations Available: Marol, Malad, Chandivali (Andheri) Thane west
Joiners: Immediate only
Process: Inbound/ outbound customer service / Soft payment collection
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound / outbound customer queries
- Resolve the queries of customers
- Voice process
- Remind about pending payments
- Guide customer on payment
- No hardcore recovery / soft only
