JOB DESCRIPTION FOR JRE (Jr.Relationship Executive)- Male only.

Responsible for attending walk -in clients at Branches.

Responsible for accepting & appraising gold jewellery as per company norms.

Ensuring proper Verification & Valuation of Collateral Securities and Documents.

Responsible for processing/ documentations of Loans & other financial services.

Responsible for cross selling of all products and achieving individual & branch targets.

Responsible for conducting field visits and meeting corporate customers for business development.

Ensuring following of all procedures & policies as per laid down by the organization.

Coordination with various Banks & preparation of BRS.

Responsible for completion of all Accounts related works in the branch.

Responsible for maintaining up-keep of the branch and ensuring confidentiality in all dealings.

Responsible for tele-calling customers for following up on interest collection regularly.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CCE (Customer care executive) - Females Only

1. Ensure 100 Plus Tele Calling every day and Pitching Customer for Pitching New customer for Gold Loans

2. Gold Loan Lead Generation through Talking to Branch Inactive Existing Database and Open Market Gold loan Customers only and ensure the conversion.

3. Coordinate with different Branch staff and managers for closure.

4. Supervising day to day operations in the customer service department.
