Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive & Operator to manage customer communications across multiple platforms, handle inbound inquiries, track B2B leads, and support operational tasks assigned by senior team members. The candidate should be smart, quick to learn, and comfortable working with computers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer communication through WhatsApp chats, Instagram chats and customer messages

• Attend inbound calls and assist customers with queries

• Respond to customer support emails in a timely manner

• Track and maintain B2B leads generated through chats, calls, and emails

• Support collaboration coordination as assigned

• Perform data entry work accurately and maintain records

• Carry out other operator-related tasks assigned by seniors

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer operations

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

• Basic English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Smart, attentive, and quick learner

• Good organizational and multitasking skills
