Customer Care Executive

A Telesales / CRM Representative drives company revenue by selling products or services directly to customers over the phone, focusing on lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals. Key duties include hitting, and often exceeding, daily/monthly sales targets, managing customer databases in CRM systems, and delivering persuasive, scripted, or tailored sales pitches. 

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and Close Leads: Proactively contact potential customers via cold calling to sell products or services.
• Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
• Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs, answer questions, and handle objections to successfully persuade them to buy.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records and call logs in the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to inform customers effectively.
• Relationship Building: Follow up with existing clients for upselling, cross-selling, or satisfaction checks
