Job Description
🚨 We Are Hiring – Associate
📍 Aspee, Malad – Mumbai
We’re looking for candidates with strong communication skills and experience in customer handling or BPO voice process.
🔹 Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in
Excellent communication (English + Hindi)
Undergraduates can apply
Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹30,000 CTC
Shift: Day Rotational (Any 9-hour shift between 8 AM – 8 PM)
Working Days: 6 days (rotational)

Handling customer queries and concerns
Coordinating with buyers, clients, and internal teams
Managing follow-ups, CRM/MIS updates
Ensuring smooth customer journey from sales to handover
