Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International BPO

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate Freshers / HSC Freshers are welcome

- Candidates with prior International BPO experience will be preferred

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month

- Incentives: Up to ₹20,000

- Performance-based growth opportunities

Work Details:

- Shift Timings: 24/7 rotational shifts

- Working Days: 5 days a week

- Week Offs: 2 rotational week-offs

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email

- Provide accurate information and solutions

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

- Meet individual and team performance targets
