Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Support – Voice Process

Work Location: Malad – Main Office

Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

Additional Benefits: Retention Incentive up to ₹50,000 (as per process policy)

About the Role

We are hiring Customer Care Support Executives - Voice Process. This role involves assisting customers with account, transaction, payment, and service-related queries, while ensuring a smooth and secure customer experience. Candidates with prior experience in customer service or banking will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls customers.
  • Assist customers with account issues, transaction concerns, payment troubleshooting, and general support.
  • Provide clear, professional, and customer‑friendly communication.
  • Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining PayPal compliance and quality standards.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and low error rates.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduates or Undergraduates.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, preferably in Banking or Customer Support domains.
  • AMCAT Requirement: B2 level | Minimum Score: 65
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (English).
  • Ability to handle customer interactions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
