Job Description – Telecalling Executive

Process: Insurance Policy Renewal & Service Repair Renewal

Department: Inside Sales / Customer Retention

Location: Mumbai (Sakinaka)

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to handle outbound calls for Insurance Policy Renewal and Service Repair Renewal campaigns. The role involves engaging existing customers, explaining renewal benefits, addressing queries, and closing renewals to achieve assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for:

o Motor Insurance Policy Renewal

o Vehicle Service & Repair Renewal Packages

• Explain renewal benefits, offers, and value propositions clearly.

• Follow up with customers for pending renewals.

• Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions.

• Update CRM/system with accurate call remarks and status.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and payment processing.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly renewal targets.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months – 1-year experience in telecalling / insurance / renewal process preferred.

Qualification:

• Graduate preferred.

• HSC will also be considered.

Languages Required:

• English

• Hindi


Skills Required

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

• Good objection-handling ability.

• Basic knowledge of insurance policies (preferred).

• Ability to work on targets.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Customer-focused approach.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed salary 18K in hand + PF.
