📝 Job Description:We are hiring Domestic Customer Care Executives to handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. This role requires candidates with excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or regional languages and a problem-solving attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

• 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
• Resolve product or service-related issues promptly
• Maintain accurate call records and customer interaction data
• Provide information about products, services, or ongoing offers
• Escalate unresolved issues to the team leader or concerned department
• Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality service
• 📋 Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
• Freshers & Experienced candidates both can apply
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts
• 🕐 Shift Timing:Rotational Day Shifts (No Night Shift for females)
• 6 Days Working (1 Weekly Off)
• 💰 Salary:₹12,000 – ₹14,000/month (depending on experience and location)
