✨ About the RoleWe are hiring enthusiastic freshers and undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of experience who are passionate about building their career in customer service. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for international customers, providing assistance through voice/chat/email channels (depending on process allocation).

  • 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional and courteous customer support for international clients.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests with accuracy and timely resolution.
  • Maintain process quality standards and adhere to company guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Document interactions accurately in the system.
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • 🎓 Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and undergraduates with minimum 6 months of experience are eligible.
  • Must be fluent in English communication (written & verbal).
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including nights) and rotational weekly offs.
  • Must be willing to work in an International BPO environment.
  • Candidates from Mumbai or willing to relocate to Malad, Mumbai preferred.
