Job PurposeThe Service CRE is responsible for managing customer communication related to vehicle service, ensuring high customer satisfaction, appointment coordination, follow-ups, and retention.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming & outgoing calls to service customers
- Book service appointments and confirm schedules
- Conduct pre-service and post-service follow-up calls
- Explain service status, delivery timelines, and basic service details
- Collect customer feedback after service completion
- Handle complaints/escalations and coordinate with service advisors
- Maintain accurate CRM / DMS records
- Promote AMC, value-added services, and service campaigns
- Support retention and repeat business initiatives
- Required Skills & CompetenciesGood communication skills (Hindi / English / local language)
- Customer handling & problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of automobile service processes
- Comfortable with CRM/DMS systems
