Job PurposeThe Service CRE is responsible for managing customer communication related to vehicle service, ensuring high customer satisfaction, appointment coordination, follow-ups, and retention.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming & outgoing calls to service customers
  • Book service appointments and confirm schedules
  • Conduct pre-service and post-service follow-up calls
  • Explain service status, delivery timelines, and basic service details
  • Collect customer feedback after service completion
  • Handle complaints/escalations and coordinate with service advisors
  • Maintain accurate CRM / DMS records
  • Promote AMC, value-added services, and service campaigns
  • Support retention and repeat business initiatives
  • Required Skills & CompetenciesGood communication skills (Hindi / English / local language)
  • Customer handling & problem-solving ability
  • Basic knowledge of automobile service processes
  • Comfortable with CRM/DMS systems
