Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a high level of service and support. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate departments or higher authorities.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services.
• Meet performance targets such as call handling time, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and service quality.
