🧑💼 Experience: 3+ Years (Customer Service / Escalation Handling)
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle escalated customer complaints related to products, service delays, and spare parts
• Coordinate with internal teams – service, spares, technical, and partners for quick resolution
• Maintain records in CRM and prepare MIS reports
• Communicate professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyse escalation trends and share process improvement inputs
🧠 Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook)
• Calm and composed while handling pressure
