Job Description: Customer Service Representative (Banking & Credit Cards)

Location: MIDC, Andheri (East), Mumbai.

Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

Position Overview:

IndusInd Bank is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative (Banking & Credit Cards) at our Andheri, Mumbai branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the banking and credit card services domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer queries and concerns related to banking services, credit cards, transactions, and account management.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding account opening, closing, loans, and credit card services.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Guide customers through online banking and mobile banking features.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Promote and cross-sell relevant banking products and services, such as loans, savings accounts, and credit cards.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and local languages.
  • Problem-solving ability with a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic understanding of banking products and credit card services.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.
