Job Title: Chat Process Executive

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Experience: Fresher / Minimum 6 months experience

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹3.53 to 4.35 LPA

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Description:We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for a Chat Process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries via chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses while maintaining high service standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle customer interactions via chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines
  • Accurately document customer interactions
  • Meet individual and team performance targets
  • Eligibility Criteria:Graduate in any discipline
  • Fresher or candidates with minimum 6 months of experience in chat/email process
  • Good written communication skills in English
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Work Details:5 days working
  • Rotational shifts (including night shifts if applicable)
  • Rotational weekly offs
  • Preferred Candidate:Immediate joiners
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
