Job Description

  • Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, or email with service-related inquiries as per

process. Understand customer requirements and preferences, guiding them in selecting suitable

vehicles or services.

  • Take appointments during Service Reminder calls and update the system.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on service appointments. Resolve customer complaints by

collaborating with internal teams. Address customer inquiries and concerns related to vehicle

servicing, warranty, and repairs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service

updates.

  • Promote value-added services and assist in upselling service packages.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken in software & Excel.
