Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate between international suppliers and customers, once an order is confirmed.
- Handle and supervise complete order execution follow-ups, shipment coordination, and communication.
- Ensure all order details, documents, and updates are checked and shared accurately and on time within TAT.
- Follow up regularly with suppliers, customers and related parties, to ensure smooth execution.
- Keep Suppliers & customers updated on order status, shipment progress, and post delivery support.
- Handle after sales queries, concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records and update tracking sheets daily.
- Take ownership of each order from confirmation to closure.
- Support colleagues with coordination tasks and assist in improving processes.
- This role is focused on timely Sales coordination, It needs quick email, Chat and Phone communication, when needed. It does not involve field work or logistics, warehouse handling, or any physical Goods operations.
