Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Handle outbound/inbound calls for lead generation
  • Communicate with customers in English and regional language
  • Provide accurate product/service information

Languages Required:


Candidates must be fluent in English (Mandatory) along with any one of the following languages

Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, or Telugu


Shift Details:

9hrs: Day Shift Only (Rotational)

  • 1 Rotational Week Off

Eligibility Criteria:

Good communication skills in English + Regional language
