1. Out bonding calling to clients, supporting them in organising the documents required for the Legal Process management.
2. Maintain proper records of client communications, queries and complaints.
3. Provide quick, polite, and professional service to all clients.
4. Understand client needs/requirements and provide correct and timely solutions.
5. Manage multiple tasks and client interactions efficiently.
6. Support branches by answering and resolving their queries.
7. Provide clients with timely and accurate information about our services.
8. Communicate with internal departments to ensure proper and timely Legal Process Execution.

Working Days & Timings:

1. Working Days: Monday to Saturdays.

2. Week Offs: All Sundays & 2nd Saturday of every month.

3 Working Timings: 9:45am to 6:00pm
