Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive with excellent communication skills in English to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries, complaints, and requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
  • Requirements Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts with flexibility.
  • Prior experience in customer service preferred but not mandatory.
  • Work Schedule & Benefits5-day working week with 2 rotational week offs.
