Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive with excellent communication skills in English to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries, complaints, and requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
- Requirements Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts with flexibility.
- Prior experience in customer service preferred but not mandatory.
- Work Schedule & Benefits5-day working week with 2 rotational week offs.
