Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to deliver exceptional support to our OTT platform users. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries efficiently, ensure a smooth user experience, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.


Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries via chat, email, and calls in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve issues related to:
  • Subscription & billing
  • Login/access problems
  • Content streaming & playback issues
  • App usage and navigation
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps and provide clear solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
  • Ensure adherence to SLA and quality standards
  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience and product performance


Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills
  • Basic technical understanding of mobile apps, OTT platforms, and streaming issues
  • Ability to handle high-volume queries and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and support systems


Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months–2 years of experience in customer support / BPO / OTT / tech support
  • Familiarity with subscription-based services and payment systems
  • Understanding of customer behavior in Tier 2 & Tier 3 markets
