Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to deliver exceptional support to our OTT platform users. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries efficiently, ensure a smooth user experience, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries via chat, email, and calls in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve issues related to:
- Subscription & billing
- Login/access problems
- Content streaming & playback issues
- App usage and navigation
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps and provide clear solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
- Ensure adherence to SLA and quality standards
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience and product performance
Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills
- Basic technical understanding of mobile apps, OTT platforms, and streaming issues
- Ability to handle high-volume queries and work under pressure
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and support systems
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months–2 years of experience in customer support / BPO / OTT / tech support
- Familiarity with subscription-based services and payment systems
- Understanding of customer behavior in Tier 2 & Tier 3 markets
