Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Calling Agents to manage inbound and outbound customer calls. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Tamil or Telugu and should also have good communication skills in English and Hindi. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, or company offerings.

• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or assistance.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately.

• Follow call scripts and communication guidelines where applicable.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or supervisor.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and quality targets.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate in any stream.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu & Tamil.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).

• Ability to handle customer concerns patiently and effectively.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or BPO preferred (freshers may also apply).
