Job Description
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical support, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
