Job Summary
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for pure telesales, handling inbound and outbound calls to sell educational products.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound sales inquiries.
• Pitch products clearly and confidently over the phone.
• Convince customers and close sales as per assigned targets.
• Follow up on leads and maintain daily call and sales reports.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Eligibility & Requirements
• 1–5 years’ experience in telesales/telecalling (inside sales preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Proven track record in target-based sales roles
• Comfortable with high-volume calling
