Customer Care Executive

Role Overview:

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Fundraising Sales Executives for our voice process team. The role involves connecting with potential donors over calls, explaining ongoing fundraising campaigns, and motivating them to contribute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential donors
• Explain fundraising campaigns in a clear and compelling manner
• Convince and motivate donors to make contributions
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain call records and donor information

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
• Good English communication skills
• Strong sales mindset and willingness to work on targets
