We are currently hiring Customer Support Executive for International Voice Process for our organization. It’s a full-time opportunity, 5 days a week working and 100% onsite (Malad East, Mumbai,).

Job Title -- Inbound Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Location -- Malad East, Mumbai,

Salary -- Up to 5 LPA + Benefit + 50K Joining Bonus

Skill:

For Voice Process -- We need Minimum 1 year International Voice Process Experience with Excellent English Communication Skill.

Requirements:

· 1 year of experience in an International BPO in Voice Process is mandatory.

· Handling basic customer queries and providing customer resolution

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills.

. Active Listener and Resolve the Customer Query over phone.

· Providing support to international customers.

. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.

· Willingness to work in US shifts in Night Shift.

Its 5 Days working and company will provide both side cabs, Meals, PF, Joining Bonus (50K) and other benefits.
